Divining the source of the noise with Yi Jing

*Blink*,*blink*, the Windows Messenger window pops up in my computer monitor. It was a message from a friend complaining about being disturbed from his sleep by loud noises. When I enquired as to what was disturbing his sleep, my friend asked me to hazard a guess, since he was aware I was dabbling in Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology.
I set out this task in earnest, to interpret based on the signals that nature has sent to us. Very logically, I came up with the following Yi Jing Gua Images
To the layman the above diagrams may not give them the slightest clue but to the practitioner of YiJing, these diagrams carry a lot of meaning. This could be construction of something metallic in nature, hollow and it should be in the west to where my friend is seated or standing at point of him posing the question.
The work started from the bottom and the process creates a hollow earth structure and eventually it is sealed on the top. This is likely to be something that is moving in nature but hollow in the center.
A few logical deductions came to my mind :- vehicle, lift, aeroplane. “Are they doing something to the lift?”, I asked my friend. This is the most logical answer because it involves creating a hollow earth structure which is eventually sealed up at the top.
“Bingo, they are doing upgrading to our flats which involves building new lift which stops at every level” was the answer that came.
Now, the answers hollow, west, metal, earth are all actually reflected all over the trigram image above and do not require great figment of imagination to be able to read it. We will find Yi Jing divination very useful and I certainly encourage everyone to learn it!
