What can buyer turn to for help in a red hot property market? Qi Men Dun Jia奇门遁甲!

Posted by: Ken on Monday, September 6th, 2010

Property market has been red hot in many countries for the last 1 year or so, primarily due to low interest rates as well as economic recovery.  That includes the property market in Singapore, which has seen to astronomical rises in transacted prices during the past 1 year.pptydivination2

With such sky high transacted prices, that has caused some anxiety among home buyers.  I received an earnest request of advice of how to proceed with their property purchase back in April this year.  Being able to empathize with their worry, I set out to give them good advice, with the use of my arrays of tools in Chinese Metaphysics.

Then I decided on employing Qi Men Dun Jia (”QMDJ”, Mysterious Door) divination method as it is precise.  After the Qi Men Dun Jia chart is erected, the results suggested that the purchase should only be made after the Chinese 7th month.  I conveyed the message to the requestor and then he took the leap of faith in my QMDJ divination and shelf his plan to purchase a property until August, the Chinese 7th month.

Those of you living in Singapore would have known by now that last week on 30 August 2010 (within the last week of the Chinese 7th month), the Singapore government announced a series of drastic measures to cool the red hot property market.  The result of which has prompted many real estate experts to confidently predict that a huge volume of the property prices should come down quite a fair bit.  If that’s not enough to convince readers, please refer to the attached front page of a newspaper article following up on the sentiments in property market after the announcement.

After the announcement was made, I exchange text messages with the requestor.  You can see for yourself from the screen shot how happy he is with my advice.
