Property market has been red hot in many countries for the last 1 year or so, primarily due to low interest rates as well as economic recovery. That includes the property market in Singapore, which has seen to astronomical rises in transacted prices during the past 1 year.
With such sky high transacted prices, that has caused some anxiety among home buyers. I received an earnest request of advice of how to proceed with their property purchase back in April this year.
