Is this lady pretty? This is none other than our beloved Mediacorp actress(Singapore) Felicia Chin! Recently, Felicia Chin changed her chinese name from ( Chin Foon Ling ) to ( Chen Jing Xuan). As you know, the Chinese has always emphasis that having a good name can affect one’s luck.

Master Ken has been kind enough to explain to us why she has adopted such a change in name.

With Felicia’s DOB, we are able to guess her 3 pillars

From this chart, we can see Felicia is a strong xin metal daymaster.  In her chart, wealth element are all apparent.  Being a strong daymaster, she has the ability to conquer the wealth when they come.  It is no wonder she is so successful and endeared by her fans.  Note further that the daymaster is sitting on earthly branch in combination with neigbouring earthly branch. 

Now without the hour pillar, it is a difficult to conclude if the fengshui master that does her name change correctly.  Based on my educated guess, I will say she should be born in the hour of 9-11am or 9-11pm, making her last pillar to be Gui Si or Ji Hai.  When I have more time, I will use Zi Wei Dou Shu to make a guess on her birth hour.  Generally, when proposing a name for client, I advocate using Zi Wei Dou Shu to see the client’s potential weakness and correcting it with the proposed Chinese name.

A glance into her name analysis (generated by fengshuiforward.com software) will reveal all aspects of her name formation (Tian, Ren, Di, Zong, Wai Ge ?,?,?,?,??) are all auspicious.  But this is not suprising since she would have consulted a Fengshui master for her name change.  Felicia is born in the year of the rat and it is hardly surprising that the Fengshui master chose parts (eg roof top in the word Xuan ?) of the Chinese word that make up her name.

Additionally as Felicia is a strong metal daymaster with also a lot of wood and little earth in her chart, it is no wonder that the master also chose the left part of the word Xuan which signifies earth.
